Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep production equipment, facility systems, and plant operations running safely and efficiently. This is a multi-craft maintenance role involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automated, and facility equipment. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, complete repairs, and support a variety of plant maintenance and fabrication projects.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful maintenance experience in a modern industrial facility.
  • Previous experience in the food or chemical industry is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and equipment documentation.
  • Strong PC and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, off-shifts, and weekends as needed.
Physical & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly stoop, bend, twist, kneel, and climb ladders.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to perform close visual work involving computers, controls, equipment details, and color identification.
