Our staffing agency is seeking an experienced Licensed Boiler Operator for one of our clients in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with manufacturing experience and a strong background in facility systems, mechanical equipment, and boiler operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment.
The Licensed Boiler Operator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical facility systems, with a primary focus on boiler operations. When boiler-related work is not required, this position will provide general maintenance support for HVAC systems, water processing, wastewater treatment, building systems, production equipment, and other facility infrastructure.
 
Qualifications

• Arkansas Boiler Operator License required.
• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, water treatment, and compressed air systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and electrical components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read mechanical drawings and OEM technical prints for parts identification.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs; SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to read and interpret computer-generated reports.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
