Mike’s professional journey began in 1984 as a car detailer at a GMC dealership. After gaining experience at various dealerships and independent shops, he founded Parkway Automotive in 1998—a business he successfully ran for 25 years before selling it in 2023. During that time, he launched a U.S. Department of Labor-approved automotive apprentice program that continues to serve as a model today. He was also honored as Arkansas' NAPA/ASE Technician of the Year for seven consecutive years.
