Director of Donor Engagement & Development

Bryant Youth Association is looking for a Director of Donor Engagement & Development who is at the heart of our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will increase our fundraising efforts by maintaining current donors and engaging new donors. The perfect candidate has a solid history of fundraising experience, proof of performance in fundraising campaigns, and work with non-profits. The ideal candidate is skilled at organizing donor lists, identifying potential donors, cultivating relationships, hosting donor and fundraising events, and having a bold approach to asking for donations. Creativity in approach and the ability to effectively message our mission is vital. Full and part time options will be considered.
