Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Roberson & Associates Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will be able to meet client needs efficiently and accurately with a solid understanding of commercial insurance principals.
 
Responsibilities:

• servicing existing customers in all aspects of policy and account management
• assisting producer with the processing of new and renewal business
• maintaining accurate documentation in management system
• provide exceptional client service and efficient policy maintenance

• Arkansas Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 3 years of Commercial Insurance Experience
• Experience working in an agency management system, Proficiency in AMS360 is a plus
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Managing Outlook email inbox    
• Personal Lines knowledge is a plus
