The Saline County Executive Association (SCEA)
Is seeking an Executive Director! 
 
Organizational Mission Statement: SCEA is a lead generating organization of businesses cooperating with each other to grow our businesses by developing and strengthening relationships, by providing leads and referrals, by acting on said leads and referrals, by recommending member businesses to family, friends, and employees and by providing quality service.
The SCEA Board of Directors is looking for someone who can manage day-to-day operations within the established guidelines set by the Board.  The Executive Director is a contracted individual who reports to the Board of Directors.  
Applications will close April 30, 2024. 
Requirement
Must be able to attend weekly Wednesday morning meetings starting at
6:30 a.m. and concluding around 8:30 a.m.
 
General Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Communicating with members, guest speakers and the general public
  • Financial oversight and reporting
  • Record Keeping of attendance, minutes, etc.
  • Maintaining membership contact information, recruiting new members, etc.
  • Overseeing SCEA activities such as weekly meetings, fundraisers, and special events
  • Managing all aspects of public relations
  • Managing the Social Media sites for the organization
Skillset:
  • Personality to have positive interactions with a growing membership
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Quicken and Publisher
  • Ability to write and disseminate weekly newsletter
  • Experience in organizing events and activities
  • Ability to prepare tax documents for accountant
  • Organize and schedule weekly meetings, speakers, etc.
