Project Manager, Full Time
Qualifications:
-Career experience must include at least 5 years in commercial construction
-Must understand commercial construction means, methods, and materials, including standard practices and regulations
-Excellent written and oral communication
-Must be willing and able to speak before groups of people in project interviews and other presentations
-OSHA training
-Microsoft office suite
-Bend, squat, climb ladders or stairs
Responsibilities:
-Provide proactive leadership on assigned construction projects, from the preconstruction/bidding phase, through planning, construction, close-out, and warranty
-Accountable for client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, and schedule adherence
-Conforms to policies and procedures upholds ethical standards and exemplifies company values, with emphasis on integrity and service
-Manage commitments to Subcontractors and Suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract terms
-Manage financial aspects of project, from job setup to monthly billings, forecasting, and final close-out, to ensure project meets profitability goals
-Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients and designers
-Provide team leadership
-Anticipate construction flow to provide proactive project planning
-Strong organizational ability with daily management of multi-tasking
-All other tasks as assigned
