Essential Duties

• Lead, coach, and develop CSR and Teller staff
• Create a customer-centric culture focused on growth and service
• Review staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain expert knowledge of bank products and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage branch cash balances and internal controls
• Set, monitor, and achieve branch performance and growth goals

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Solid understanding of banking operations and compliance
• Customer-focused with a passion for relationship building
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
