Position Summary
Assist with the conduct of clinical trials by overseeing the care of clinical trial participants housed on the
inpatient unit. Duties include biological sample collection, venipuncture, ECGs, tube labeling, sample
processing, and accurate documentation in subject charts. All work is performed in compliance with GCP,
ICH guidelines, HIPAA, and company SOPs.
Schedule & Availability
7 days a week coverage
24–30 hours per week
Nights and weekends
12‑hour shifts available
PRN positions available
Licensed Practical Nurses
Registered Nurses
Patient Care Technicians
Qualifications
LPN/RN: Active state licensure, CPR certification, ability to perform vital signs, blood collection and
processing, ECGs, point‑of‑care testing, and routine safety checks while maintaining a clean and safe
environment.
PCT: High school diploma or higher, ability to perform safety checks and assist with vital signs, blood
collection and processing, ECGs, and point‑of‑care testing while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Clinical research experience preferred. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, organized, self‑motivated,
able to work independently and on a team, possess strong communication and problem‑solving skills,
demonstrate professionalism and a strong work ethic, and be adaptable to additional responsibilities.
