Event Description:
Empowered Me is a one-day therapeutic day camp designed for neurodivergent youth ages 10–13, including those with ADHD, Autism, sensory processing differences, and other emotional or social challenges. Hosted by Gateway Family Therapy Services, this immersive experience helps campers build confidence, social-emotional skills, and connection in a safe, supportive environment.
Led by licensed trauma therapists, the camp blends structured therapeutic activities with traditional camp fun—ensuring kids leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered.
