Empowered Me: Therapeutic Summer Camp

Event Description:

Empowered Me is a one-day therapeutic day camp designed for neurodivergent youth ages 10–13, including those with ADHD, Autism, sensory processing differences, and other emotional or social challenges. Hosted by Gateway Family Therapy Services, this immersive experience helps campers build confidence, social-emotional skills, and connection in a safe, supportive environment.

Led by licensed trauma therapists, the camp blends structured therapeutic activities with traditional camp fun—ensuring kids leave feeling seen, supported, and empowered.

Who Should Attend:

• Children ages 8-11 with disabilities or neurodivergence

• Kids who struggle with self-esteem, emotional regulation, or social skills

• Families seeking a therapeutic and affirming summer camp experience

Program Features:

• Licensed therapist-led breakout sessions on coping skills, social communication, and self-esteem

• Creative art & music expression

• Outdoor movement and yoga therapy

• Guided peer interaction during meals

• Take-home coping tools and parent resources

• Light breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided

• Camper certificates and closing celebration

Registration Fee:
